What I love about our small town is the endless amount of space we have here to build. I grew up in Prince Rupert and I remember one subdivision that was built in the 18 years I lived there. Dawson Creek is not like that, the properties are endless. My husband and I have always dreamed about owning an acreage and hopefully in the next year or so ( less if you’re talking to me more if you’re talking to him) we will have just that.

I sat down last year around this time with Andew Hall owner of Tryon Professional group to speak with him on this topic and some important things to remember when looking at buying a property. You might be surprised to hear of some hidden costs that even I didn’t know about and also some questions to ask when speaking with a realtor or builder on the subject.
